Shipping Information

We will ship via Express Mail or UPS.

We ship within the Continental USA, Canada and the Caribbean.

We can also provide the tracking information for items valued over US$25. Package usually ships within 24-48 hours of payment being received (Weekends 48 hrs).

We will send you a notification email including confirmation after you have completed your payment.

Please note that although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave our facility after 2-4 days due to processing time. However, in most cases packages are shipped one(1) day after payment confirmation.

Express Mail: it will take 5-10 days for delivery. For some countries, items will take longer to arrive due to the applicable Customs' clearance period.

Please note that delays caused by carriers we cannot be held responsible for. Shipping time is only estimated and not guaranteed.

Returns

Manufacturer’s warranty only, no other warranty offered nor implied (except cell phones - see below).

We will replace items defective/malfunctioning items up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Items damaged as a result of physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.

For cell phones, we offer a one year warranty. Buyer is responsible for two way shipping freight.

No returns after 14 days (Restocking fee applies)

Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time they are received.

Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).

Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

All accessories such as Bluetooth headsets, batteries, etc come with a 3 day warranty for DOA.

All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage.

All returns must have an R A # ( Return Authorization Number) No exceptions. Please contact us via e-mail to obtain R A Number and our return address before returning any items. Place your R A # on the outside of your Package.

Restocking Fees of 15% apply on all returns. Additional fees may apply if any of the original content of package is missing.

Please do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging, no exceptions.

Please contact us through email for detailed replacement procedures if you need to replace items.
